Once ridden by Princess Alyssa Targaryen and later by Princess Rhaenys Targaryen, she is famed as one of the swiftest dragons ever to take wing, able to outpace even mightier beasts through sheer grace and speed. In the sky, Meleys is not merely fast—she is regal, exacting, and terrifyingly difficult to answer once she has chosen her prey.
As a dragon of House Targaryen, Meleys embodies nobility sharpened into violence. She does not descend as a lumbering force of ruin, but as a queen of the air whose strikes come sudden and precise, opening wounds that only deepen with time. Where the Red Queen flies, the tempo of battle bends around her, and those she marks soon find themselves too slow, too exposed, and too late to escape.

Gameplay Details
Meleys is a high-tempo Physical predator with a taste for fast dragons. Through Laceration, she drags quick dragons out of tempo, suppressing their Initiative, and converting those marks into escalating kill pressure. She follows quickly with increased Physical Damage Received, and eventual Vulnerable application to decimate her foes. She excels in aggressive compositions that want to seize momentum early and collapse targets before they can recover. Watch out for her big power spikes starting in round 3!
When playing with Meleys
- Hunt the enemy’s fastest dragon.
- Meleys is built to suppress high-Initiative targets and throw off enemy tempo.
- Reapply pressure to marked enemies.
- Laceration becomes much more dangerous when followed by repeated attacks.

Take note of the following Commands and Habits and use them to your advantage!
Command: Scarlet Strike
Odd-numbered Rounds:
- Deal Physical Damage to the enemy with the highest Initiative. Additionally, afflict the target with 1 stack of Laceration (Max 10 stacks).
Each stack of Laceration reduces the target’s Initiative (enhanced by Strength).
Habits
Habit 1: Royal Rend
- Scarlet Strike Gains.
- If the target of Scarlet Strike is afflicted with Bleed, there is a chance to afflict them with Vulnerable for 2 rounds.
- Otherwise, there is a chance to increase their Physical Damage Received for 2 rounds and apply an additional stack of Laceration.
Habit 2: Nimble Resilience
- Start of Combat: Reduce your Damage Received and increase your Initiative until the end of combat.
Habit 3: Queen’s Vengeance
- Each Round: There is a chance to apply Reflect to yourself for 1 round. If successfully applied, Meleys will Reflect each Basic Attack dealt against her this round.
- Reflect causes each instance of a Basic Attack against the target to be split between the original target and the source of the attack. Each target’s mitigation stats will affect the final damage they take.
Habit 4: Brisk Might
- Start of Combat: Increase the Strength and Initiative (enhanced by Intelligence) of the ally with the highest Strength.
Habit 5: The Red Queen
- Rounds 3, 6, 9: Deal Physical Damage to 3 enemies in any lane.
- Additionally, there is a chance to afflict 1 stack of Laceration on the targets.
- Enemies afflicted with Bleed receive an extra stack of Laceration.
